FAQs

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Deposits are standard in service industries. It is a mutual sign of respect for my time and effort and, from my side, a commitment of professionalism to provide top tier design to my clients.

HOW MANY LOGO DESIGN OPTIONS WILL YOU PROVIDE?

Every graphic designer has a different standard procedure for how we do things; I prefer to present three different logo options when hired for logo design. Typically all three will have underlying themes that we’ve talked about previously, but each with a slightly different creative angle for diversity.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES PER HOUR?

Baseline, $36/hr. However, most deliverables will have a set price unless there are layers to the service that requires additional time to be spent, such as collaborating with a third party, creation of content outside of the service request, etc.

HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?

You receive two complimentary revisions with most services. After those have been reached, it will be $36 charge per revision. Depending on the project, that number might need to be adjusted, but that will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

HOW LONG DO PROJECTS TAKE TO FINISH?

This varies depending on the project, but once a deposit has been received, it typically takes 14 days to complete a logo design project and 7 days for things like social media images, online banner ads or other postable digital assets. During our Kick-Off Call, we will discuss your timeline in more detail and come to a mutual expectation of completion of work. I am flexible to tight deadlines, but a $120 rush fee* will be applied to anything needed within a 48-hour timeline

*Packages are not eligible for rush delivery.

WHO HAS THE RIGHTS TO MY FILES ONCE THE PROJECT IS OVER?

You have the rights to the finished product. I do ask that no modifications be made to the completed design and if your project requires the use of stock photography or purchased graphic elements, we will discuss the appropriate license types and that will be handled prior to the project’s completion.

WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

I honestly don’t think this will be an issue! I take pride in listening to each client’s concerns and desires as well as keeping a clear line of communication during the creation process. Chances are, I can give you the look you are going for. If you hate the first draft, I am capable of doing a 180 and ending up with a completely different look. Usually, the questionnaire that you will answer at the beginning of the project helps me get a feel for the look, so it isn’t often that clients feel like my work greatly misses the mark… but in the slight chance I don’t get it right, I am dedicated to working with you until we end up with something you are happy with.
